About - Work

My training was in Physics, which I used as a salesman living in Germany after I left college. After that I became a sales manager in a semiconductor industry equipment manufacturer, before returning to build a marketing operation at my earlier company, this time in Oxford. After five years, I was moved on secondment to Cambridge to look after two acquired companies. Three years later, I joined a product development consultancy which I found unethical, so I left to start my own business.

Five years on, and it’s enjoyable although I often overdo it. I love working for my customers and colleagues, it’s very fulfilling.
